Witch Well Estates is one of the last rural areas to purchase land at reasonable prices, close proximity to the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. We are located half way between Sanders (I-40) and St. John's, AZ on Highway 191, at mile marker 340.7. The towns of Greer, Springerville, Snowflake and Show Low are very close, this is a great area for hiking, fishing and hunting.

We pride ourselves in selling small parcels for a weekend getaway in your RV, as well as larger parcels for those who want to build a cabin, site built home or put up a manufactured home. We currently have several 5 to 40 acre parcels available, bring your RV or Tent and come for a free stay in the Witch Well Estates RV Park & Campground while viewing properties.

With a four season mild climate at a cool altitude of 6,400 feet, most of these parcels are heavily wooded with fantastic views, gorgeous red sunsets and beautiful starry nights.

Witch Well area is one of America's last frontiers, remaining virtually unchanged since the days the first settlers arrived in Northern Arizona. It is a land abundant with history, today the area consists primarily of small ranchers and a small town atmosphere that makes you feel welcome.

Wildlife is abundant in the White Mountains, it would not be unusual while driving to see antelope, deer and magnificent elk on the plains.
