The only thing I would suggest is to put the money out to get a very good, user friendly, map friendly GPS. The initial outlay is a little bit but then that's the only cost for equipment for a very fun hobby that you can persue anywhere!!

I just saw that you have labs! We have a black lab and a golden. The lab is very spoiled. We adopted the golden as an adult and he isn't quite as spoiled as she is. We want to start geocaching. Any hints or tips?

Anything else about yourself that you want to share?: We travel with our three boys (our black labs) and look for rail trails for riding on. Also, love hiking and geocaching.

I have a couple who are just about ready to start scrapbooking so I am looking forward to that. I go to two weekend retreats a year and get most of my scraping done there. I do take my scrapping on the road with me. I love to work at the picnic table on the edge of a lake somewhere! It is so soothing and a great conversation starter. How do you take your scrapping with you?
