Well, yesterday I picked up RV. Did the whole PDI thing which took me about 4 hours. Of course that time doesn't include the chassis, mechanical inspections I did when I looked at the RV earlier. All went well a few minor cosmetic things which are/will be worked. It could have been a bit cleaner but the way I am I'll go thru with a good cleaning anyway.
My submariner experience starting to kick in, especially as it applies to efficient packing and storage, and of course theres the thoughts of "blowing the crappers out to sea" ...LOL. Have read about the Geo method for the tanks (H2O softerner, laundry detergent and bleach) and that seems to be a great idea.
We are so looking forward to our day trip next weekend to Ft Desoto, and then a trip to Crystal River/Hommosassa the following weekend. Lots of stuff to do....power protection, H20 Surge protection, and just in general getting operations straight in my mind.
Can't wait to meet other fellow RVers out there while traveling. Say Hi and let me know if your RVbug person if you see me. Ciao for now and have safe trips.
